Main Terminal:

Bureau de change: These can be found in: the departures concourse, the international arrivals concourse, the common departure lounge and the international baggage reclaim hall.
Car Hire: The car hire desks are located between the departure lounge and the international arrivals halls. They are open from 06:00 - 23:00.
Cash dispensers: There are several cash points distributed through the airport, accepting all major cards.
Chapel: This is located next to the UK arrivals area.
Conference Rooms: Stansted has several conference facilities which can be found in Enterprise house, next to the airport.
Food and Drink: There are several places to eat both before and after security. They sell a range of sandwiches, snacks and hot and cold drinks.
Information Desk: This is located on the international arrivals concourse and is open from 05:30 - 01:30 daily.
Internet access: Before security, internet facilities can be found in check-in zone A. After passing security, pay-as-you-go internet booths can be found in various locations.
Left baggage facility : A left baggage facility is located next to the cash dispensers in the terminal. The tariff is £2.00 per item for deposits up to 12 hours. Over 12 hours and up to 24 hours is £3.00 per item and £3.00 for every 24 hours thereafter.
Lost property: If claiming lost property within 24 hours, go to the OCS desk which is located next to Monsoon. After this period, go to the OCS office in the short-stay car park next to the airport terminal.
Shopping: There are a variety of shops in Stansted airport; a number of shops after security sell tax free goods to all passengers.
Taxis: The Airport Carz taxi service desk can be found next to the arrivals lounge.
Satellite One (International Departures - Gates 1 to 17):
Transfer to Satellite One for International Departure Gates is by the airport transit system. Access to the transit is from the main Airside Departure lounge. Journey time approx 3 - 4 minutes. The transit arrives in Satellite One on the lower level, lifts and escalators connect with the Departure Gates on the upper level.
Baby care room: located near Gate 14 next to the toilets.
Food and Drink: Costa Coffee Coffee and snacks
Pay phones: Pay phones are available at each end of the Satellite.
Shopping: Small duty free outlet and news outlet. Much greater duty free choice in main terminal Airside Departure lounge.
Toilets: One close to lifts / elevators and escalators with disabled provision, convenient for Gates 1 to 7. A second facility with disabled access is located on the lower mezzanine floor. There are toilets without disabled facilities near Gates 11 to 17.
Satellite Two (Domestic Departures - Lower Level - Gates 81 to 88)
Airline Lounges: A KLM lounge is available for premium fare passengers.
Food and Drink: Butler's Bar drinks, coffee and snacks
Pay phones: Available throughout satellite.
Shopping: W H Smith Books, magazines, newspapers
Toilets: With disabled access in corridor to Gates 81 and 83.
Satellite Two - (International Departures - Upper Level - Gates 29 to 38)
Airline Lounges: A KLM lounge is available for premium fare passengers.
Baby change room: on the right of lounge towards Gates 37 / 38.
Food and Drink: Franklin's of Boston Coffee and snacks
KLM Customer Service Desk: on the left of the lounge.
Pay phones: Pay phones available in the satellite lounge.
Shopping: W H Smith Books, magazines, newspapers snf World Duty Free Duty & Tax Free. Note: there is a much greater duty free choice in main terminal Airside Departure lounge.
Special Needs Reception: on left of lounge near Gates 33 / 34.
Toilets: With disabled access in middle of lounge.
