Ryanair add Barcelona flight for Arsenal fans

Ryanair has confirmed it has scheduled a special return flight from Stansted to Barcelona Girona to permit Arsenal fans to travel to the club's Champions League game against Barcelona on April 6. The additional flight will leave Stansted at 08:30 on April 6 and return from Girona on April 7 at 12:25 - meaning an overnight in a city that does not have enough hotel rooms !
Ryanair's Stephen McNamara said: ‘Ryanair has introduced a Champions League Special after our reservations centre was swamped with calls from Arsenal fans asking if we might run additional flights to Barcelona for the match.'
