Man in court over airport shop fraud

An unemployed man will appear in court today on fraud offences at Stansted Airport. Leonard Hooper, aged 23 and from Tower Hamlets, is accused of six counts of committing fraud by false representation at airport retail outlets.
Mr Hooper will appear before magistrates in Harlow. He is accused of use forged €50 notes to buy low-value items and obtain Sterling cash change at airport retail outlets. He faces similar charges in Chelmsford and Reading.
