Airport station receives 100% score

National Express East Anglia's Stansted Airport train station has been rated 100% for , cleanliness and information provision in a recent mystery shopper survey.
All train stations are assessed for customer service and quality standards on a regular basis by mystery shoppers who go to stations and experience the service as any member of the public would. These mystery consumers rate the provision of customer service and cleanliness in all parts of the station, in addition to assessing the standard of public address announcements and information provided.
Last year National Express East Anglia recruited a team of locally-based managers at key stations throughout their network, including Stansted Airport, to help offer a better focus on customer service. Since these changes were instigated, improvements have been made at Stansted Airport station's customer service, station presentation and information provision, including improvements to the public address system.
Keel Pagdin, National Express East Anglia's manager at Stansted Airport, said: ‘The workforce at Stansted Airport are delighted to have achieved a perfect rating for the latest Mystery Shopper Survey. Over the last 12 months we have focused our efforts on improving the service we offer our passengers and we hope to enhance standards more in the future'
